As a Restructuring Associate Lawyer, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides innovative and practical solutions to clients' complex restructuring challenges. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience and a strong background in Australian law. You will work closely with other departments, including corporate and M&A, employment, and pensions, to deliver end-to-end solutions to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on restructuring matters, including liability management exercises, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, new money capital raises, exchange offers, and debt exchanges
  • Work with clients to identify and implement creative solutions to their restructuring needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to deliver comprehensive services to clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as an Australian qualified Lawyer/Associate
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
