We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Wind and BESS development projects in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in the civil engineering sector to join us as we continue to grow our business in renewable energy generation.

About the Role:
  • As the Senior Civil Engineer, you will oversee the development phases of our Wind and BESS projects, including land development, project feasibility, and design
  • You will be responsible for leading Consultant Engineers and EPC activities as projects move from design through to construction
  • You will support the long-term reliability and effectiveness of our existing renewable developments
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and implement effective civil engineering solutions that meet our project requirements
  2. To manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery
  3. To maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service
  4. To contribute to the development of our company's strategic objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • Degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification, ideally with RPEQ status
  • Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience related to major renewable and infrastructure developments; Wind development experience is essential
  • Candidate must have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
