About the Role
The successful Griller will be responsible for all day-to-day elements of running the grill section of a Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex products according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and passionate about providing quality service along with maintaining a clean and tidy workspace in a fast-paced environment.
You must be able to work quickly and efficiently, have excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to building team spirit. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role and possess solid knife skills, and the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
You must also be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. Knowledge of the quick service restaurant (QSR) environment is highly desirable, however, we have a great training program for those with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn.
