Job Description

We are seeking talented culinary artists to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Your main duties will include:

  • Mastering food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • FOLLOWING recipes and kitchen guides.
  • SERVING meals in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

You will also be expected to:

  • PARTICIPATE in all technical aspects of cooking, including grilling, deep frying, and cooking meat and poultry.
  • WORK across all stations in the kitchen, including prep, fry, grill, pizza, and salad stations.
  • SUPPORT stock rotation to ensure fresh ingredients for our guests.
  • DELIVER food and service to our high standards.
  • SUPPORT the training of new team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
  • An infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • A love of good food and good times.
