We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at McLean Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our residents, while adhering to our organisation's policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Allocate duties to ensure optimal service delivery and high-quality care.
- Collaborate effectively with others towards a common goal and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Embody the core values of McLean Care and provide person-centred care to our residents.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge in the field of aged care.
- Thorough understanding of the accreditation standards applicable to our organisation.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- Mature and empathetic outlook, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with older individuals.
- Competitive compensation: $50.60 per hour.
