Early Childhood Education and Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate diploma qualified professional to join our team in delivering holistic educational experiences to young children.

  • Salary above award rate
  • Mandatory monthly Rest and Recreation Day for full-time employees
  • Above ratio service promoting a supportive approach to Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Paid time off for the Christmas break plus 4 weeks annual leave

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated team player, reliable and punctual, with a passion for education and implementing individualized curricula and activities that meet the unique needs of the children.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Knowledge of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and NQS (National Quality Standard)
  • Availability to work rotating shifts between 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

As an educator in this role, you will have the opportunity to foster a supportive environment that promotes the well-being and mental health of both educators and children.
