About Our Business Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of clients across business services, tax, and advisory. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of client relationships, financial statements, tax returns, and BAS/IAS compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage business services and tax compliance work
  • Provide expert advice on tax planning, structuring, and business improvement
  • Prepare management reports and analysis to support client decision making
  • Support Partners with client meetings, advisory projects, and relationship management
  • Plan and manage engagements including fixed-fees, budgets, workflow, team coordination, WIP, billing, and write-offs
  • Mentor junior staff and support their technical development
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years in Business Services / Business Advisory
  • Strong technical knowledge across Australian tax and compliance
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory outcomes
  • Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative style
