You will be an integral part of our team, developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and achieve overall business growth.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a talented Marketing professional to make a significant impact on our business. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage our target audience and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Development and Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
  2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Work with our CRM manager and Loyalty marketing lead to design, create and execute CRM driven loyalty & reward campaigns.
  3. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality, engaging content to support our marketing campaign objectives.
  4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, leads, conversions), analyse campaign performance, and recommend optimisations.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and support lead generation and revenue growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relevant field.
  • Experience working within B2C or B2B Marketing.
  • Experience working with CRM and/or loyalty marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience creating content for different channels.
  • Ability to think creatively and produce innovative ideas for campaigns and engagement.
  • Organised and detail oriented, ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of the principles of CRM marketing, and experience building campaigns and calendars to support the activity.
