Our team of skilled professionals, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and psychologists, work collaboratively to provide tailored support and achieve optimal outcomes.

Job Description

This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, with the support of a close-knit team and the resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective case management, with manageable caseloads and the assistance of rehabilitation assistants
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs in collaboration with employers and employees
  • Working with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to achieve optimal results
  • Conducting various assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic assessments, and activities of daily living assessments

This role can be based in our Shepparton, Wangaratta, or Albury offices, with travel across the North East region and these offices expected as part of the role. This is an excellent opportunity to work in regional Victoria and contribute to the growth of our services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A desire to problem-solve, innovate, and achieve results
  • A passion for injury prevention, return-to-work, and associated health benefits
  • Energy and drive to grow our services
  • A current driver's license and access to your own vehicle
