This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Account Executive. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our SMB clients across Australia and New Zealand.
You will work closely with the Director of Client Success to monitor live news on social media channels, broadcast and online news, and alert clients with a sense of urgency to relevant media issues in real-time.
Key responsibilities include:

- Previous experience in a client/customer/account support/service role
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A strong interest in news, current affairs, and social media
