We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our project team working on a complex FRP project in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Interpret specifications and develop detailed work programs for allocated work packages
- Manage scope of work, equipment, and materials, and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Pro-actively manage costs within your control to ensure project delivery within budget
- Develop margin improvement strategies in conjunction with the Project Manager and teams
- Prepare Project Specific Quality Management Plans and obtain approval from the Client
- Allocate responsibility to staff to perform QA/QC inspections and duties as defined in the project quality plan and related procedures
- Develop Project specific Construction Management Plans and obtain approval from the Client
- Prepare and review internal ITPs, forms, and checklists for approval by Client
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated experience working in a FIFO or DIDO capacity preferred
- FRP / Concrete construction projects are a MUST
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring small project teams
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
