A challenging opportunity exists for a highly skilled professional to lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement in mental health care.
- This role focuses on fostering a culture of excellence through proactive management of quality and safety initiatives.
- You will be responsible for utilizing various applications such as data management tools, reporting software, and risk coordination systems to support evidence-based decision-making.
- The successful candidate will provide administrative oversight of clinical incidents, open disclosure, patient safety notifications, and service improvement documentation.
- In addition, you will work closely with quality and safety committees and projects, assisting the Director of Safety Quality & Improvement Support Unit.
- Your key objective will be to ensure compliance with safety standards and promote inclusivity and respect across diverse communities.
- To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in quality management, risk coordination, and data-driven decision-making within healthcare or mental health services.
- You will need to demonstrate a proactive approach, a passion for driving change, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
