About Our Store
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Smiggle store team in Willows. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, while also working closely with our supportive management team to achieve sales targets and maintain a visually appealing store environment.What We Offer

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:- Maximising every sales opportunity to achieve both individual and store sales targets.
- Providing a genuine and unique experience for all customers, aligned with the Smiggle brand values.
- Cash handling and processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Working effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Assisting with stock management and visual merchandising to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- FOLLOWING loss prevention processes to minimize stock loss.
- Attending store meetings and in-store training sessions to stay up-to-date with company initiatives and best practices.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:A confident and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.An enthusiasm for working in a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment.A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think critically and resolve problems effectively.Awareness of loss prevention, health and safety, and visual merchandising principles, although prior experience in these areas is not essential.-
