About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled EUC Consultant to join our Cloud Infrastructure Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering cloud-focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Utilise Microsoft Endpoint Manager best practices across cloud + on-premises implementations.
  • Run effective workshops and develop solution design documents.
  • Analyse MEMCM/Intune implementations to identify and address areas of opportunity.
  • The provision of application and OS maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the systems or to the service delivery function.
  • Package and deploy software through SCCM/Intune, configure and automate deployment processes.
  • Execution of application and/or platform changes, releases, and service requests in supported environments.
  • Ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures.
  • A customer-focused, caring approach.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Energetic, passionate, and highly motivated.
  • Have existing Microsoft and Azure certifications.
