**Job Opportunity: Warehouse Professional**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Key responsibilities will include receiving goods into the warehouse, inspecting for quality and accuracy against purchase orders, and managing incoming containers.

Our warehouse team is committed to maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Successful applicants will have a can-do attitude, be proactive and eager to take ownership of tasks and challenges.

**Responsibilities:**

- Pick and pack orders accurately, preparing them for shipment according to established guidelines.
- Receive goods into the warehouse, inspecting for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
- Manage incoming containers, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely processing.
- Conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy and assist in inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse processes and overall efficiency.

**Requirements:**

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with receipting of goods, container management, and stock counting.
- Basic understanding of invoicing procedures and documentation.
- Eager and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Valid forklift operator's license would be advantageous, but not a necessity.

Pay: $32.31 - $33.38 per hour
