Job Title: Payroll Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct a review of current payroll systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams to align payroll operations with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including leave balances, entitlements, and employee data.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and entitlements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analytics for internal stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in improving payroll systems and processes.
  • Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
