We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Laboratory Technician to join our team at St George Christian School. As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our Science teachers and students in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Prepare experiments and set up laboratory equipment for classes
• Clean and store chemicals, materials, and equipment after use
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment

• Experience in laboratory duties, preferably in an educational setting
• Competence and enthusiasm to perform the duties of the role
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist teachers and students
• Availability to work during school terms
• Current knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety requirements
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques or Diploma of Laboratory Technology
