A dynamic and motivated Merchandising professional is required to create engaging visual product displays and maintain optimal presentation standards in various retail environments across Sydney Metro.

Reporting to the Merchandising Team Leader, you will collaborate with a close-knit team of 10-20 people to achieve common goals and contribute to the company's success.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in different stores and meet a diverse group of people. As a casual engagement, you will have a Sunday to Thursday Roster, allowing you to enjoy your weekends.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously. A driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for local travel.

Duties include implementing and executing Category plans, ensuring product placement and rotation, and manually handling stock. You will also have the opportunity to learn about ESL (Electronic Shelf Labels) and their installation.

The selected candidate will be part of a buddy system for new starters, receive training in ESL installation, and have opportunities for project work and leadership development within the team.
