Job Title: Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans to support individuals in achieving their goals.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality support.
- Participate in research to build the evidence base for our practices and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
- PhD/Doctorate (desired) in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other complex diagnoses.
- Background in Positive Behaviour Support or similar services within the disability, education, or justice sectors.
- Ability to write and edit high-quality reports.
- A valid driver's license and car.
- Relevant clearances or willingness to obtain them.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
