Position Overview
Hy-Tec is seeking a qualified Multi-Combination (MC) licensed Driver to operate B-Double Tankers. This role involves the transportation of essential materials utilized in the manufacturing of concrete and aggregates across various locations.
As a driver in this position, you will engage with a diverse clientele and be entrusted with the critical task of ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of materials.
We provide comprehensive training to enhance your skills as a competent tanker driver, presenting an excellent opportunity to broaden your driving expertise within a stable industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver raw materials to designated sites
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and mass management protocols
- Complete necessary documentation accurately
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Ensure the vehicle is kept in a clean and orderly condition
Qualifications for Success
- Valid MC driver's license with a clean driving record - essential
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong emphasis on customer service
- Demonstrated work ethic and integrity to work autonomously
- Previous experience with tankers is advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience in the building or concrete industry is a plus but not required
