Job Opportunity: Cinema Employee Level 2

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Gold Class team as a Cinema Employee Level 2. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the operation of our cinema entertainment complex to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary customer service and execute tasks associated with supporting the operation of a cinema entertainment complex.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all patrons by prioritising and attending to their needs proactively.
  • Address and handle minor customer feedback, ensuring prompt resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to and participate in all cinema campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Hold RSA qualifications as required.
  • Be competent in basic Maths and English.
  • Have excellent cash handling skills.
