Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our team and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading teams, and creating a meeting place in the community.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience in store leadership roles within the retail or hospitality industries. They should have exposure to managing store operations, driving financial success, and developing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Previous experience in store leadership roles within the retail or hospitality industries

Exposure to managing store operations, driving financial success, and developing teams

Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
