Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Eastern Creek. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects from inception to delivery, on time and on budget. You will lead the implementation of complex robotic automation projects, as well as new build projects across the Transport sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple streams of work and drive an open and positive inter-dependent relationship between the Project Team, Operations, and project stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing, monitoring, and auditing each phase of the implementation and the related project plans and budgets.
  • Oversee scheduled activities and maintain plans.
  • Proactively anticipate project deviations, maintain communication with key stakeholders, and/or take immediate corrective action.

Requirements

  • Experience leading projects within the Transport industry is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • 3-5 years' experience in IT systems implementation.
  • Experience in medium to large-scale projects, leadership, and implementation in logistics/supply chain.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing projects involving Complex Robotic Automation (preferred).
  • Experience directing cross-functional teams utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize Supply Chain design.
  • Bachelor degree qualified in Project Management, Logistics, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
  • Prince2 / PMP / IPMA Certifications (preferred).
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Project methodology qualifications essential - Agile project and waterfall management experience preferred.
  • Excellent working knowledge and understanding of warehousing, distribution, and WMS.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
