Healthcare Professional Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults living independently in the community.

  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to clients in their homes, adhering to best practice nursing procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, wound care, medication management, and catheter changes as required.
  • Develop holistic nursing care plans in collaboration with clients, carers, care advisors, and allied health professionals where necessary.
  • Deliver safe and high-quality nursing care to clients with complex needs, including palliative care, education, and support.
  • Maintain open communication with all parties involved in client care to ensure holistic health outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client information.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to elderly individuals.
  • Current registration with the relevant nursing authority, following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years post-graduate nursing experience.
  • Proven skills in clinical assessments.
  • The ability to work independently with initiative and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products.
