Role Overview
">This is a hybrid position that sits at the intersection of acquisitions, transactions, and investment management, giving you exposure to both front-end transactions and investment performance analysis.
You will gain experience across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and structuring new deals through to investment performance analysis.
">- Support the sourcing, analysis, and execution of acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Build and stress-test detailed investment and development feasibility models.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and present investment papers, submissions, and performance reports.
- Assist with due diligence across acquisitions and transactions.
- Monitor and forecast the performance of investments and funds under management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors, capital partners, and agents.
About This Role
">We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants exposure to both front-end transactions and investment management. Ideally, you will have:
- A minimum of 2–5 years' experience in property, corporate finance, funds management, law, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong financial modelling skills (Excel whiz) and confidence in cashflow analysis.
- Exposure to acquisitions, property development, or investment structuring.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to distil complex ideas clearly.
- A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to find opportunities and deliver outcomes.
