Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of our esteemed establishment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage food preparation and presentation to meet daily needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and experience through impeccable dish delivery
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders efficiently to maintain cost-effectiveness
  • Supervise kitchen staff as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen, including breakfast and short-order cooking, menu planning, à la carte service, fine dining, and high-volume banquets and events.

Requirements include strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in inventory control, staff supervision, and conflict resolution is also essential.
