Family Support Professional

The role of a Family Support Professional at a regional medical service involves providing support to individuals impacted by intimate partner violence in a culturally safe and trauma-informed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing applications from consortium members or directly from individuals, ensuring effective communication and case management.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans under LVP and WA Family Violence frameworks, prioritizing the well-being of clients.

  • Maintaining data compliance under relevant guidelines, upholding high standards of record-keeping.
