**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Exercise and Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exercise physiology services and interventions to individuals with complex mental health needs and chronic health conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide individualised assessments and exercise programs to clients under limited supervision, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.

Contribute clinical expertise to multidisciplinary teams, supporting service development and therapy processes to enhance patient outcomes.

Develop and implement health promotion strategies, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.

Pursue ongoing professional development, participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practice.

Offer guidance and support to staff at various levels, as well as students and clinically related staff, fostering a culture of mentorship and growth.

**Requirements**

A current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is mandatory.

Compliance with occupational assessment, screening, and vaccination policies is essential.

Adherence to credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals is required.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with part-time options available for the right candidate.
