Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our business.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create a seamless recruitment experience.

A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job ads, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
  • Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at each stage of the hiring process.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening processes.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to uphold a high-quality candidate experience and contribute to improvements in recruitment processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide regular updates on hiring progress to identify insights and areas for improvement.

  • Excellent prioritising skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships, network, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry, ideally within construction, is preferred but not essential.
  • Volume experience, managing 15+ roles open and in progress at any one time.
