Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across our business.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create a seamless recruitment experience.
A commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job ads, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
- Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
- Review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to provide a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at each stage of the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and facilitate background screening processes.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR team to uphold a high-quality candidate experience and contribute to improvements in recruitment processes.
- Track recruitment metrics, analyse hiring trends, and provide regular updates on hiring progress to identify insights and areas for improvement.

- High accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, network, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry, ideally within construction, is preferred but not essential.
- Volume experience, managing 15+ roles open and in progress at any one time.
