Seeking a dedicated professional to provide high-quality care and support to clients in the Ipswich area.

As an Experienced Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional domestic cleaning, personal care, ADLs, transportation, community access, and companionship services to our valued clients.

Job Title: Experienced Personal Care Workers

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in disability and aged care, with a strong ability to connect with clients and provide compassionate care. Manual Handling, Hoisting and Transfers experience is essential.

A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, a Current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate are required. Students studying a Health Degree (Nursing, Paramedicine) are also encouraged to apply.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients
  • Provide exceptional domestic cleaning, personal care, ADLs, transportation, community access, and companionship services
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve client outcomes

Benefits include a competitive pay rate of $38.76 plus 11.5% superannuation, reimbursement of travel costs between shifts, and transportation during shifts.
