Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Leasing Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring optimal property performance and compliance across commercial, residential, and aged care facilities.

The successful candidate will have experience in corporate real estate transactions, including leasing, sales, acquisitions, and sale-and-leaseback strategies.

The Corporate Leasing Manager will support the end-to-end property processes, including acquisitions, disposals, transactions, and contracts. They will also negotiate Residential Tenancy Agreements (RTAs) with landlords and agents, and liaise with internal stakeholders to manage leases, memoranda of understanding, and hire agreements.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in financial management and reporting, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. They will be highly organized, systematic, and self-disciplined, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Support the end-to-end property processes, including acquisitions, disposals, transactions, and contracts.
  • Negotiate RTAs with landlords and agents.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage leases, memoranda of understanding, and hire agreements.
  • Ensure lease compliance and manage day-to-day lease administration.
  • Oversee financial aspects of leasehold management, including budgeting, processing invoices, purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Review and reconcile financial reports in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Process and monitor rental payments.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders using SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects and support outputs across the corporate real estate team.
  • Maintain accurate records and registers for leased properties, financial commitments, and contract documentation.
  • Manage team diaries, book meeting rooms and venues, and organize internal planning sessions.
  • Administer and maintain document storage systems, including SharePoint and contract databases.
