Security Risk Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security risk management team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, tracking, and reducing security risks across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to define and implement security risk management standards and playbooks that align with industry best practices. You will also analyze and improve existing security risk practices, evaluate and select new security requirements, tools, and practices, and grow the presence and thought leadership of our security risk management practice.

You will work closely with security leadership to present information and influence change, participate in developing key risk indicators, provide inputs to the development of key control indicators, and key performance indicators for various programs. You will also apply statistical models to risk frameworks, lead quantified risk assessments, and interpret internal or external cyber security risk analyses in business terms.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of security assessments and risk management, as well as excellent communication skills and a problem-solving approach. You will also need to have expertise in threat modelling and risk management frameworks, broad knowledge of how to operationalize the management of security risk, and experience in Secure Development Lifecycle and Security by Design methodology.
