We are seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily dealership operations and drive sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
  • Analyze sales metrics and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language highly valued.
  • Knowledge of financing options and vehicle sales processes.
  • Australian work rights (visa sponsorship may be considered).
