Job Title: Payroll Trainee
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Mars Incorporated team as a Payroll Trainee. As a key member of our Payroll team, you will be responsible for processing accurate time and attendance data, payroll processing, and the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
About the Role:
- Timely and accurate processing of our weekly or biweekly pay-run
- Establish & maintain accurate payroll records for all units in ANZ
- Assisting and supporting the payroll team in ensuring all time and attendance records are processed accurately and on time
About You:
- Previous payroll experience/knowledge is preferred, but not essential
- A keen willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong excel skills and understanding of systems
