Job Overview- We are seeking a qualified professional to manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and compliance.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic projects that support our mission and future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Provide technical support for on-premise systems to ensure seamless hybrid operations.
- Lead or support cloud solution design, system deployment, and integration projects.
- Monitor and resolve security vulnerabilities, infrastructure risks, and performance issues.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, network diagrams, and disaster recovery plans.
- Carry out system patching, upgrades, and security maintenance.
- Partner with vendors (including Microsoft) and internal teams to implement solutions aligned with our strategy.
- Apply ITIL practices to incident, change, and problem management.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to compliance reporting.
