We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Residential Aged Care Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement care plans for residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Prepare clinical documentation in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Deliver training on clinical aged care to care staff and residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse, excellent interpersonal skills, and good knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care accreditation standards.

Main Requirements:
  • At least 2-years' experience in an aged care setting.
  • Proven leadership capability.
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese/Korean.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Current police check clearance and right to work in aged care.
