Job Overview

We're seeking caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting older people to live independently at home.

As a Home Care Worker, you'll provide essential in-home support to elderly clients in Maryborough and surrounding communities.

  • Performing household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and tidying.
  • Preparing light meals and assisting with grocery shopping.
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and shared living areas.
  • Providing social support and transport to appointments and community activities.
  • Monitoring client wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns.

You'll work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our clients.

Mandatory requirements include a valid Australian driver's licence, current First Aid and CPR certifications, and Working with Children Check (Employee).

The qualified Home Care Worker role requires a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification).
