About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Trainer and Assessor to join our team at MAX Solutions. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills training to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to students, using effective learning techniques and maintaining a student-centered approach.
  • Identify barriers to learning and implement strategies to support student attendance and engagement.
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements.
  • Use a range of communication methods to engage students and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education, plus a Bachelor's degree with TESOL or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is highly desirable.
  • Excellent training facilitation and assessment skills, with the ability to work with diverse students.
