Senior Technical Lead

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals and managing their day-to-day activities. You will work closely with program managers to ensure that your team is focused on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

You will also be responsible for coordinating team meetings and ensuring effective communication and information sharing among team members. Additionally, you will support collaboration across teams and disciplines, both locally and nationally.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and experience managing technical teams. They will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of business operations within a consultancy.

  • Technical expertise in Coastal Modelling, Dredging or Maritime Structures Engineering
