Education Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our education team as an Education Support Professional.

As an Education Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support to students in the classroom and individually;
  • Assist teachers in delivering evidence-based intervention programs;
  • Communicate regularly with teachers to share observations and adapt interventions;
  • Support classroom teachers by providing additional attention to students needing guidance;
  • Participate in child safety induction and training, and act in accordance with our Child Safety Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Experience in education, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • High level of organisation and time management skills.
