Expert Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide tailored in-home and community-based care to support older adults and people with disabilities.
The successful candidate will have expertise in delivering best-practice Physiotherapy services including assessments, care planning, mobility support, and equipment prescription. You will also lead and supervise physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students to ensure best practice and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality Physiotherapy services that meet the needs of clients
- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Manage referrals, caseloads, and group programs across aged care and disability services
- Promote physiotherapy services to grow and improve care offerings
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist with a tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, ideally in aged or community care
- Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
- Proven ability to lead, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of aged care funding streams is desirable
