At Coles Supermarkets, we're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

About the Role

As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience for our customers. This includes working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors, and collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Using various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

About You

  • You will be working both indoors and outdoors, and will be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
  • You will be committed to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
  • You will be passionate about working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practices.
  • You will be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
  • You will be active and physically fit, and will be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs.
  • You will be available for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
