Job Opportunity

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Attendants. This is a part-time role, providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work closely with chefs and servers to ensure seamless service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and provide a positive guest experience.
  • Develop your knowledge of Asian cuisine and share your passion with patrons through 'food stories' and menu recommendations.
  • Confidently explain the menu to guests, accommodating special dietary needs and preferences.
  • Upsell items and maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a calm and composed nature.
  • Actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is required.
  • The ability to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
