Civil Engineer Position

As a skilled Civil Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing infrastructure projects across various locations.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing design and project management tasks from initiation to construction.
  • You will prepare and update civil engineering documentation, including design reports, cost estimates, specifications, tender documentation, programs, and schedules.
  • Your key responsibilities will also include applying civil engineering knowledge to various works, such as engineering drawings, calculations, reports, and design criteria.
  • Site supervision and quality control inspections of civil infrastructure and land development projects will be another essential aspect of the job.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects
  • Engineers Australia Membership or eligibility
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in interpreting and applying relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage resources and delegate tasks effectively
