We are currently seeking a talented Dairy Manager to lead our dairy department and drive sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key leadership role and make a real impact on the business.

About the Role

As a Dairy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dairy department, including managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of dairy department staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability in the dairy department
  • Monitor and control stock levels, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive shopping experience
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as business, management, or hospitality
