  • Review proposals, approach, methodology, variation estimates, and submission documents, and review subconsultant tender response submissions.
  • Operational and Performance Management
  • Support group leaders in monitoring and reporting on team performance, contributing to annual business plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure optimal team utilization through forecasting, workload management, and delegation of tasks.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a healthy project backlog through strategic networking and business development activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or planning (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum 8 years of transport planning experience in public or private consulting environments
  • A broad range of skills covering people management, business development, project delivery, and business management
  • Highly developed consulting skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders
