Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Registrar to join our team at JPS Medical Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to patients in their own homes, working closely with allied health therapy, medical, and nursing professionals to achieve individualized goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to admitted Rehab and Geriatric Evaluation and Management patients in their own homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and industry developments to provide evidence-based care.
Our 280-bed acute and extended care facility provides a wide range of services, including surgical, medical, pediatric, obstetrics and gynecology, intensive care, and psychiatry. We are the main healthcare provider in the region, serving a broad catchment area of approximately 120,000 people.
Requirements- Must have General registration with AHPRA and at least 12 months recent experience.
