">About the Role
">- This role supports the delivery of land development projects, including planning, approvals, financial control, and land disposal.">
Critical to the success of this role is building relationships with targeted stakeholders to deliver partnership opportunities.
">About You
">- You will have experience in land development, infrastructure projects, or similar.">
- You will have intermediate project management skills and experience.">
- You will have experience in procuring and managing consultants and contractors.">
- You will have experience in securing planning approvals and liaising with approval authorities.">
- You will have experience in managing land transactions.">
- You will have strong verbal and written communication skills.">
- You will have a commitment to continual improvement.">
Ideally, you will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as property management, engineering, land economics, valuation, commerce, construction management, project management, or planning.
">You will also have at least two years' experience in property development.
