Job Description: Senior Software Engineering Team LeadCompany Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of our banking platform, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop technical strategies, and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, mentoring them to develop their skills and expertise, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in software engineering, with a strong background in .NET and Java.
  • Proven experience as a technical leader, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex software projects.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders at all levels.
