Main Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain robust relationships with influential customers
- Drive growth and profitability through data-driven analytical skills and strategic insight
- Provide support to the Internal Sales Estimator to resolve complex customer issues
- Nurture partnerships with business associates and customers
- Contribute effectively as a member of the senior management team, contributing to strategic direction and business decisions
- Proven experience as a Branch or State Manager, Project Manager, or Sales Executive
- Over 5 years of experience in construction or collaborating with builders
- Knowledge and experience in flexible space systems are advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
